The East Lake Thrift Store is one of the best places to find unique treasures for unbelievably low prices. Not only do you get incredible deals on a wide variety of home and personal items, but you get to shop for a good cause since all of the store proceeds support ELUMC ministries.
Location and Hours
Come shop with us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-1pm. During Farmers Market season (May-mid October), the Thrift Store is also open on Saturdays from 9am-12pm.
Our Thrift Store is located on the bottom floor of our main building. You can park in our lot at the corner of 78th Street and 2nd Avenue (at the back of the building that the GPS usually takes you to). From the parking lot, head over to the left side of the large building with the bell tower, walk down the stairs outside, and enter that door into our Diner. The Thrift Store is right across the hall.
How You Can Help
Our Thrift Store is always looking for more volunteers to work during store hours. The work is easy and simple! Contact elumccomm@gmail.com to learn more about taking volunteer shifts.
If you have furniture, bedding, kitchen supplies, shoes, home decor, or other items in good condition that you’d like to donate to our Thrift Store, you can drop them off at our Church Office, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. Our Church Office building is the small building in our parking lot. Knock on the glass double doors when you’re there!
And, most importantly, spread the word to people you know! Bring some friends to shop with us!
